When looking for property related information, just type in a few descriptive words (known as 'Key Words') and hit the 'submit' key for a list of relevant web pages. But make sure they are property related !

 
Choosing Keywords

For best results, it's important to select appropriate property related keywords. Here's some tips;

Try the obvious first. If you're looking for property related information in 'Tampa, Florida', enter; 'Tampa Florida', then the particular product service and/ or Company. Its that easy.

Use words likely to appear on a site with the information you want. For Realtors.. Enter Residential or Commercial property. Not just property. Make keywords as specific as possible. "Two bedroom, Residential, Properties, Tampa, Florida' gets more relevant results than 'Properties, Tampa'.

 
Conjunction's

We provide property related results that include all of your search terms (Such as; "houses for sale", "house plans" "two bedroom house", "shared accommodation", "mortgage statistics", "property agent") as a default. There is no need to include "with garden" or "and garage'' between key words. However, the order in which the property related terms are typed will affect the search results. So for example; "three bedroom apartment" "Tampa" "Florida", will produce different "shared accommodation" search results than, "Tampa" "Florida" "three bedroom apartment". To further restrict a search, just include more terms specific to your property request.

 
Automatic Exclusion of Common Words

Common words and characters such as "where" and "how", as well as certain single digits and single letters, are automatically excluded because they tend to slow down the search without improving the results.

Another method for doing this is conducting a phrase search, which simply means putting quotation marks around two or more words. Common words in a phrase search (e.g., "where are you") are included in the search.

 
Capitalization

Searches are NOT case sensitive. All letters, regardless of how they are typed, will be understood as lower case. For example, searches for "two bedroom house", "TWO BEDROOM HOUSE", and "Two Bedroom House" will all return the same results.

Word Variations (Stemming) Searches are not only for your key word terms, but also for words that are similar to some or all of those terms. Variants of your terms that were searched for will be highlighted in the text accompanying each result.

Website Address

When advertising a property related service (e.g.; ''mortgages'' ''home insurance'' ''realtor services'' or ''property finance'' a website address is required in order to create a link for ''property buyers'' and 'property vendors" (Our ''users'') to view your companies services. It is important to enter these details if known as they will affect the nature of your advertising. (See; Users with Websites and users without Websites)

 
Country

Main page results can be based on any country. So, house buyers in America can use the service, in exactly the same way, as "House buyers in the UK'', ''House buyers in Germany'' ''House buyers in France'' ''House buyers in China'' ''House buyers in Russia'' or ''House buyers in Malaysia''.

However, our sponsored link searches are based on a selected number of countries at present but will grow as we expand our ''property search engine''.

 
Location

In order to present your advertisement to users in your area more specific location information is required. It is important to provide locations that can be submitted to our searches.

 
Service Type

As the sponsored links we present to our users are based on 'Location' any service type is permissible. Although it MUST be property related and of interest to those seeking to ''lease'' 'buy'' "rent" or ''sell real estate''. Service Types and the description of ''property services'' are proof read and there inclusion is at the sole discretion of our Company.

 
Key Words (Up to 20)

Where possible we will submit service details to other search engines to enhance the traffic flow to your advertisement. Key words are important to this process and allow search engines to direct customers to your door.

Choose your words according to what your users may type to find you. Be specific. "realty services" "two bedroom apartments" and "commercial property" "throughout the United States'' ''Local and regional'' "commercial mortgages available'' "first time buyer" "property finance'' ''home insurance'' and "free mortgage calculator" is more helpful than just ''realty services'' and a phone number.

 
Webcard™ - Description 1 (20 Words only)

We use 'two' (2) types of advertising in our service depending on whether an advertiser has their own website or not. This 'small' advertisement is presented on the main results page and viewed by users making general searches in your area. It contains text (20 words) and a photo (1).

This advertisement is a requirement of all advertisers.

If the advertiser 'does' operate a website; a direct link is created so that users may click through to view the various services on offer.

If the advertiser 'does not' operate a website; a direct link is created so that users may click through to view a second page (See below), which we provide, in order to outline services in greater detail in place of a website. The description 'does not' need to contain a company name but it should be relevant and eye catching. As editing an advertisement incurs and small fee we would suggest that you prepare this description prior to sign up paying particular attention to grammatical correctness.

 
Webcard 2™ - Description 2 (200 Words only)

We use 'two' (2) types of advertising in our service depending on whether an advertiser has their own website or not. This 'larger' advertisement is presented on the main results page and viewed by users making general searches in your area. It contains text (200 words) and up to 'five' (5) photos may be uploaded.

Our system will automatically detect your specific requirements and guide you through the process.

The description 'should' contain a company name but it should be relevant and eye catching. As editing an advertisement incurs and small fee we would suggest that you prepare this description prior to sign up paying particular attention to grammatical correctness.

 
Photo Uploads

Photographs are an essential selling tool and we strongly recommend that you use them. They should be uploaded as a JPEG format and be 200 x 200 pixels in size.

Advertisers wishing to place a single advertisement will only be allowed to upload 'one' (1) photo.

Advertisers wishing to place an advertisement without a website (and by default also need Webcard 2) will be allowed to upload up to 'five' (5) photos.

Our system will automatically detect you photo allowance.

 
Email Address

An Email address is essential to all advertising and sign up requests. This is utilized as a 'security measure' in order to prevent fraudulent advertising and bogus advertising.

Your Email address will be used to forward all invoice receipts, service updates and confirmations.

 
User Name

A User Name is a personal identity tag that you can create to identify you and/ or your Company, It is best to keep your 'User Name' simple. We would suggest a Company name but its up to you.

 
First and Last Names

First and last names help us (and you) to identify who placed and posted an advertisement within a particular organization.

 
Address Line 1 and 2

Company, trading or registered office addresses assist in regulating the service and are a key security safeguard.

 
Password

A password is essential to your account security. It is important that you keep it safely as it provides you with access to you're your account for editing and allows us to identify you.

 
PAYMENTS

We value your custom and respect your privacy. All payments via the propertyad™ service are protected for your security.

Your Payment Receipt

Your payment receipt will contain all the relevant information that relates to your order. It will be emailed to you at the Email address you have supplied.

Your unique Reference Number

Each time you place an advertisement, via our service, you are assigned a unique reference number relating to that advertisement.

It will be emailed to you at the Email address you have supplied.
